A modern resort hotel set on the Abu Dhabi corniche overlooking the Arabian Gulf, the Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort is within one kilometre of the Gold Souk and 22 kilometres from the Abu Dhabi Golf Course. Please note:
Building work will be occurring in the vicinity of the hotel until end of June 2008. Swimming in the hotel's lagoon will not be permitted due to construction in the area adjacent to the resort. Other beach services will be in operation.

As an alternative, the hotel has arranged for guests to use the beach at its partner hotel, Le Meridien Abu Dhabi. Transportation will be arranged at fixed times on a daily basis; the schedule will be available from the hotel front desk.

Guests may experience noise in certain external and internal areas of the hotel. In addition, certain rooms will overlook the development sites next to the lagoon as well as on the city side of the hotel. All other hotel services and facilities are operating as normal.
